On Friday, the Roosevelt High School Symphonic Band and the Whittier Middle School Wind Ensemble took the stage at the 89th Annual South Dakota Bandmasters Conference at the Oscar Larson Performing Arts Center in Brookings!
The SD Bandmasters Association has been promoting music education since 1940 and earning a performance spot at this event is a significant achievement! Bands from across the region submit auditions, which are carefully reviewed and selected by the Association.
Congratulations to these outstanding student musicians and their teachers for representing the SFSD at such a high level!
