The Sioux Falls School District is hosting community information sessions at 6pm on Wednesday, September 30, at Whittier Middle School and Wednesday, October 7 at Memorial Middle School. We'll review the work of a 30-person task force that prioritized projects like a new Whittier Middle School, another westside elementary school, and security improvements in schools across the city. The proposal would require a $105 M bond and would have to be approved by voters in a May 2027 election.
