5th graders created timelines about their life, and then presented them to their peers.

1st grade students are working on collecting and graphing data.
During Art Integration, they reviewed two artists they have learned about this year: Yayoi Kusama and Vincent Van Gogh.
Then they voted for which artist was their favorite.
They cast their vote by creating a symbol in the style of the artist they chose, and created a class graph of their votes to show their data.

EFA+ students completed their SmART Bowl today with the help of special guests from the community.

The EFA+ Band and Orchestra presented their concerts today!
They have learned so much this year and each song was beautifully performed.

SFSD would like to give a huge shout-out to our partners at Delta Dental who visit schools to complete much-needed dental work for eligible students! Cleanings, cavities, and root canals are all done in the mobile bus, so students don’t have to miss school for an appointment! You put a smile on our faces, Delta Dental! Thank you!

Congratulations to former EFA+ student, Esther on her vocal jazz award!

The 3rd graders worked with Iron Fox Farm to study seed packets and make a plan for when to plant.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
The K01 students have been enjoying learning about leprechauns this week and dealing with their mischievous friend, Clover!
Clover took some of their yellow things from the classroom thinking it was gold!
The students solved the problem by writing kind, persuasive letters and setting some traps.
Today, Clover brought everything back AND left treats! 🍀
