I'm not a fan of the way I looked in my school photo. But, luckily, I've got someone to help turn it around! Picture retakes are tomorrow!

Go Mustangs! Here are the games on the schedule this week.

We are honoring our child nutrition lunch professionals during National School Lunch Week. These excellent individuals remain dedicated to serving students healthy meals each day. Please help us thank them!

We are still in need of some parent volunteers to help out at the Harvest Festival event on Friday! Follow the link to sign up AND check the brackets for the 3-on-3 tourney! https://sites.google.com/d/1alREHiTCtxACab2pHXkj21VG4BomPT1I/p/1Ib-E8nqphwJ_HySDfbwIQzj6LSFXGt0H/edit

Here's where you can catch your Memorial Mustangs this week in sports:

In honor of Native American Day, we will not have school on Monday, October 10 or Tuesday, October 11. Classes resume as normal on Wednesday, October 12.

This Friday, October 7th, from 8:30 am - 9:30 am, Memorial will offer students free flu shots. The student will need to have a consent form filled out. Scan the QR code for the form. The consent can be printed and sent with the student, or you can email it back to the school nurse.

In case you missed out on our Tuesday, October 4th Parent-Teacher Conference Night, you're in luck! We have another night of conferences tonight Thursday, October 6th from 4:15 - 8:00. Please stop in - we'd love to see you!

Excuse us while we brag for a minute… Our Superintendent is pretty talented! Dr. Jane Stavem is an accomplished pianist, vocalist, trumpet player, French horn player, percussionist, xylophone player… oh, and she also plays harmonica! 😉 These talents, along with her deep love for all things Fine Arts, earned her the honor of Parade Marshal for Festival of Bands 2022! We are proud to be lead by someone who values the role extracurriculars play in “preparing each student to succeed in a changing world!”

Updated breakfast and lunch pricing, how to re-apply for free and reduced meals, who gets low fund balance notifications, and an easy and delicious snack mix recipe to try at home. It's all in the October edition of the "What's the Scoop" newsletter from our Child Nutrition Services!
