Wolverine Day Information

STUDENT SCHEDULES:
We are so excited to welcome everyone into the building on August 22nd for our Wolverine Day. We will have schedules available at Whittier and student schedules will also be released August 22nd on Infinite Campus, so you can see them there as well. 6th graders will also have schedules printed in their Protime when they come on the first day of school.
ANNUAL ONLINE REGISTRATION:
Wolverine Day is an opportunity for you to meet the teachers, open your locker, and find your way around this crazy building! You have received instructions this summer about completing the Annual Online Registration* process. These instructions were sent via email and will continue to be sent every week. If this is done before August 22nd, your time at Wolverine Day will be expedited. Our families who need interpreters and liaisons will have this opportunity before PST night so please know that information is coming.
BUSING, LUNCH ACCOUNTS, ETC.:
During Wolverine Day, students will get busing information, put money in lunch accounts, gather information about the YMCA’s After School Program, and learn about athletics and other activities. On this night, 6th graders will have their picture taken. All other students will have their pictures taken on September 8th.
The following schedule is set up to help the flow of traffic during this time. We want you to enjoy your time here, and also understand that you may have many commitments on this day.
Families will enter the building will use Door A. Families can use any of the remaining doors/exits to exit the building.
- Hand sanitation dispensers will be available throughout the building.
- We encourage you to come at your assigned time, but if you cannot, please come when it works for you!
Wolverine Day Schedule:
6th grade A - G: 2:00 - 3:15
6th grade H - N: 3:15 - 4:30
6th grade O - Z: 4:30 - 6:00
7th & 8th grades: 6:00 - 7:30
*Annual Online Registration is currently open.
