Jaxon's family’s favorite way to spend World Down Syndrome Awareness Day is to spend the day celebrating what makes everyone unique and special!

Jaxon loves being a student at Pettigrew. He has the largest support system I’ve ever seen with both staff and students at this school.

Jaxon's mom Jaime says her family is so blessed.

Pettigrew is proud to have Jaxon as a part of our Panther family!

World Down Syndrome Day is marked each year on March 21st. The 21st day of March was selected to signify the uniqueness of the triplication of the 21st chromosome which causes Down Syndrome. World Downs Syndrome Day has been observed each year since 2012.
