The Sioux Falls School District and the parties involved in the Title IX lawsuit concerning the gymnastics program have reached an agreement.  The District has committed to offering the girls’ gymnastics program for at least three additional seasons, and the parties have agreed to dismiss the lawsuit.   With this mutual agreement, the parties are prepared to move forward and work together to promote participation in girls’ gymnastics. The parties agree that providing athletic participation opportunities for students is an important part of their educational experience.
