A new face will be leading Horace Mann Elementary School in the fall of 2022. Brad Olinger is joining the Sioux Falls School District to lead the behavior program at Horace Mann - Bridges. Mr. Olinger previously served students in Flandreau and Brookings prior to his appointment in Sioux Falls.
He brings a wealth of knowledge about the Boys' Town model with him having used those intervention strategies in his prior positions. Mr. Olinger will strive to achieve a seamless transition when Tara Eckstaine retires after more than two decades - many of those serving students and families at Horace Mann Elementary.
