It’s time to start thinking about the 24-25 school year! The Sioux Falls School District (SFSD) is now accepting applications for the Free/Reduced Meal Program. Use the QR Code or https://www.myschoolapps.com/Application to submit income information to see if your family qualifies.
This school year, SFSD is covering the cost of every student who qualifies for Reduced price meals. This means the “Reduced” designation is being eliminated for this year only. Funding will continue to be reviewed annually. Any SFSD student approved through this application will eat meals FREE this school year, so it is critical that your application is completed now!
Additionally, while local funding lasts, families who missed qualification for federal meal benefits and have income levels at 185% - 200% of poverty, will also be covered. Families whose incomes are 201%-230% may qualify for matching funds. These added benefits make if very important to complete an application as soon as possible!
