Essential Functions & Duties
Assists Purchasing Supervisor or designee at scheduled bid openings and officiates if needed.
Assists with bids, bonds, contracts, and changes orders as may be assigned by the Purchasing Supervisor or Director of Operational Services.
Posts bid results on District website and assists District staff with online purchasing.
Maintains/processes insurance policies and payments for liability, property, and casualty insurance.
Processes district liability, property, and casualty insurance claims.
Maintains records, supervises, and controls installation, repair, and billing of landline, cellular, and pager communications District-wide.
Assists District consultant with e-Rate submissions for reimbursement.
Maintains Fleet Management including adding, changing, and deleting plates, registration, and title transfers for District Vehicles.
Processes purchase orders and purchase order problems.
Program Administrator for P-Cards.
Process warehouse requests.
Performs other duties as assigned.
