Physical Requirements | This position requires the ability to lift 50 pounds. Frequent bending, hand-eye coordination, mind-eye coordination, hearing, stooping, speaking, walking, removing, reaching and grasping are required. Ability to drive a vehicle is required. |

Essential Function & Duties
Performs maintenance on all Child Nutrition Services equipment (refrigeration experience preferred)
Repairs all Child Nutrition Services equipment.
Does building maintenance on Food Service Center building.
Receives incoming equipment and supplies.
Services and does minor repair on Child Nutrition Services vehicles.
Snow removal for Food Service Center.
Works closely under the direction of the Lead Equipment Specialist.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Climatic Environment | Inside & Outside
Occasionally subjected to cold below 32 degrees and heat above 100 degrees.
Hazards
Occasionally subjected to mechanical and electrical hazards. Caution also required to avoid potential for burns. Atmospheric conditions occasionally include being subjected to fumes, odors, dusts, mists, gases and poor ventilation. Protective devices include a uniform for clothing.
